Description
Dorouscom is an Algerian startup in the education field. It's the first e-learning and school support platform that provides students with interactive classes and educational videos that are compatible with the prescribed Algerian educational curricula. It provides live classes and recorded videos arranged according to years, subjects and phases. As part of the technical team, I am responsible for server administration, deployments, and troubleshooting potential problems. As of my work on the website, I worked with Ayoub on integrating a video conference solution to allow teachers/admins to host live interactive classes. I also worked on rebranding the website by coding the newly improved interface. Additionally, I created a dashboard that enables any teacher to register, and once approved by the admin, they can upload courses and host live sessions. I also worked on an integration with DJEZZY to allow dorouscom products to be sold via phone codes. Laravel with blade is the main piece of tech used for this platform, with VueJS, Livewire and JQuery for some client side interactivity. For the styling, we use Bootsrap and Sass. As for the database, we use MySQL. It's been over a year since I started working with Dorouscom, and it has been a great experience. See More
